But I cannot continue to sell soaps for 5.oo a bar as cost of goods such as essential and fragrance oils. olive oils, sodium hydroxide have all risen in price. Today , I just found out the percentage for charging on Square has also increased. So  as much as this increase is difficult for me to pass on, it is now necessary to maintain my very small business. I receive a lot of emails wondering why I don't have the favorite bar that they bought in one of the stores on my website. I am a one woman operation and keep busy making , wrapping, and delivering soaps . If I listed all of the soaps I make, my life would be constantly boxing and mailing out packages. Not that I am complaining, but still want this to be a part time retirement gig and have time for my hubby, family, grandkids, and friends.
